Circles Around Dundee

Involvement Policy

About CirclesCircles Around Dundee aim to involve all circle members in the way we work so that our projects are responsive and grounded in what people really want.

We aim to ensure that everyone who wants to be involved can be involved in ways that suit them, and that values their contribution *.

At all times we will try to involve people with learning disabilities and/or autism and their families in:

  • Planning how we take things forward and the direction we go in.
  • Deciding how we carry out the projects we run.
  • Evaluating how well we are doing and making suggestions on how to improve.

Individuals and families can be involved with Circles Around Dundee in the following ways:

  • On the Management Committee
  • In a circle of support/friends
  • Being a member of the organisation
  • Attending a Gathering

* Circles Around Dundee will always try to ensure that anyone taking part in any of its activities gets the support they need.
